Gleb Savchenko was born on Sep 16, 1983, in Moscow, Russia. He began to dance at the age of 8 years. Gleb graduated from Russian Theatre Arts University with a Masters in Choreography. He is a Russian dancer and choreographer and is currently a professional dancer on Dancing with the Stars.

He appeared as a professional on the US version of Dancing with the Stars in 2013, where his partner was Lisa Vanderpump for the 16th series. The pair finished in 10th place. In 2015, Gleb was professional on the Russian version of Dancing with the Stars, where he partnered Adelina Sotnikova, before returning to the US in 2016 to compete on 23 seasons of the show. He was a partner with singer and actress Jana Kramer, this pair reached the final and finished in 4th place.
He returned for season 24 and partner with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne. They eliminated on week 5 of competition finishing in 9th place. Then returned for season 25 where he paired with Pretty Little Liars actress Sasha Pieterse. They were eliminated in week 5 and completed in 10th place.
In 2015, Savchenko became a professional dancer on Strictly Come Dancing for its 13th series. He paired with TV presenter, Anita Rani. They were eliminated during semi-finals of the competition, reaching its 5th place.
