Fred Sirieix Biography
Fred Sirieix was born on Jan 1972 in France. He grew up in France and trained to work in front of the house in a Michelin-starred restaurant in France before working at La Tante Claire in London. Fred Sirieix is an actor, known for Class Dismissed (2016), Celebrity First Dates (2016) and First Dates (2013). He is the employer on channel 4, and he is currently general manager of Michelin-starred restaurant Galvin at Windows at the London Hilton. His notable work is in horrible series of 2015 which is TV series.

Fred Sirieix Career and Works
Fred was brought up in Limoges, France. His parents both serviced in healthcare, and they say that they provided motivation to their child to work in the service industry.
Fred began his career in the food industry at catering college, receiving some training as a chef, before quickly deciding to focus on the front of the house and trained a Michelin-starred restaurant in France before leaving for London restaurant La Tante Claire where he worked as Chef de Rang. Following that, Fred worked at Le Gavroche, Brasserie Roux, and Sartori. He is currently general manager at the Galvin At windows, a Michelin-starred restaurant on the 28th floor of the London Hilton hotel on Park Lane.
In 2010, Fred was nominated for the Cateys manager of the year award, winning it three years later in 2013. In Oct 2011, he won National Restaurant Awards’ personality of the Year for his effort for charity work and promoting the profession of hospitality. Fred voted Educator of the Year in 2012 at the imbibe awards.
On Christmas Day in 2012, Fred launched National Waiters Day to celebrate the work in front of house staff and attract people into the profession. In 2011, he also launched The Art Of Service which is a board game for teaching customer service in hotels and restaurants. He is also involved in charity work, starting a cocktail competition called the Galvin Cup which awards young bartenders. He also created the charity Galvin’s Chance, which supports the underprivileged young front of house staff in London and Scotland’s best hotels, restaurants, and bars.
In March 2014, he gave an honorary degree from the University of West London.
In 2017, Frog, along with Novus, started The Right Course which trains prison staff restaurants to operate as high street restaurants to teach prisoners cooking and about other dimensions of the service industry.
If we talk about television, Fred also remained part of channel 4 and looked carefully at it. Because it was a good program at all. He was also Maitre d on the First Dates spin-off show, First Dates Abroad. In addition to first Dates, Fred along with celebrity chef Michel Roux Jr, co-hosted BBC Two’s Michel Roux’s Service. He was seen on BBC One’s The Apprentice while the program filmed at Galvin at windows in 2012.
In 2016, Fred will present the Million Pound Menu, which will be a new show for BBC Two. In Dec 2017, he appeared in ITV’s Gordon, Gino and Fred’s Great Christmas Roast.

Fred is a keen runner and enjoys to keep himself fit and sound and does thirty minutes of boxing in the afternoons. About boxing, he says “I love boxing, I love it, what a sport.” He is conscious of his physical fitness as well as mental fitness. He cycles to work and says he completes 300 press-ups daily as soon as he wakes up.
Fred Sirieix has a very strong interest in the inner working of the mind. He says about the mind that how we can use it to visualize and make all kind of possibilities for ourselves. He has read many books for his quest for wisdom. His favorite book is Meditations by Roman emperor Marcus Aurelius.
He lives in Peckham, South London. During the interview for the Daily Mail in 2016, Fred told that he lives with his former partner, and they have two children, but is in a new relationship too. It reported by some source that the name of his partner is Alex, and they have two children, 11 years old Andrea and six years old Lucien.
