Denton who was born in 1930 and died in 1993, known as a dentist who presented his services in the military. His mother, named Mary Jean Woolslair Denton, left this world suffering from breast cancer in the year 2002.

He got graduated in television/Journalism and got a degree in Advertising. Before he entered into the acting field, he used to sell advertising for two radio stations. In the year 2003, Denton found acting the supporting character of Special Agent John Kilmer in the short-lived crime thriller series, titled as Threat Matrix. In the year 2004, he honored with the role of Mike Delfino in the series, titled as Desperate Housewives.

Denton has pursued to perform in several different made-for-TV and direct-to-DVD films which include: Assumption released in 2006, Beautiful Dreamer released in 2006, Undead or Alive released in 2007, Custody released in 2007, Tortured released in 2008 and All-Star Superman released in 2011. In the year 2009, he found acting in country star Phil Vassar’s music movie entitled “Bobbi with an I.”

The couple blessed with two children: a son who was born in the year 2003 and a daughter who born in the year 2005. They used to have a house in Glendale, California. After working with Desperate Housewives, they shifted to Chanhassen, Minnesota.

Denton also known as a part-owner of independent minor league baseball team named the Orange County Flyers (part of the Golden Baseball League), who got the GBL Championship in the year 2008.
